What should I do about Soccer Tryouts tomorrow?

I have tryouts for soccer tomorrow at 4, and i usually run everyday. Today i ran a shorter distance (about 2 miles instead of 3) and i was planning on not running tomorrow, for obvious reasons. I don’t just want to sit around all day and let my muscles get tight though. What can I do to stay loose but not wear myself out?
